Well, I think they need to see those documents that shows he qualifications u claim to have during your appliocation.

And for the conversion to JPG, just copy the material (eg picture) to be converted to MS powerpoint slide, paste it and 'save as' JPG or any other fomat u want from the drop-down menu.

Most of my friends got a regret mail after they took the second part of the assessment.

You seem to know alot..No disrespect buh you could do with a little information too..If you read carefully. the message you received is not a success mail but a confirmation of submission, whether application open or not, success mail will be sent after the expiration of the advert and subsequently invitation for SRD. you wouldn't think shell will jux throw an off that easily? will you.
Well if you are successful with the SRD, you will do a teamwork, then some sort of group argument in teams, before an interview. success in the interview gets you close to your offer..so calm down and wait for your success mail..i hope we all get d job

I considered the message i received a success email because i didn't get a "regret" email.

Shell will not send you a success email, instead it will be updated on your profile when you login to view your application status...message like " Candidate passed online Assessment".

Thereafter, a telephone interview will be organized...this according to what i heard could last for 1 hour.

If Shell is impressed with your performance, you will then be invited for SRD.

I won't risk part two assessment anyway. I will have to use my laptop for that.
