Hi, please advice me.

My Z10 dropped on hard concrete today and my screen showed a single crack. Now the topmost half of my screen is not responding to touch.

Please how much can I buy a replacement screen? Is it a good idea to replace it or better sell it off? The phone was bought brand new and never gave any trouble before.

I assume both of you having the 'camera cannot be started' issues are using the stl100-1 model of the Z10, if so, then it's a common problem. Not sure if it's a hardware or software related but it's been known that a few tricks can get it working again or OS updates sometimes fix the issue. If your OS is outdated, please update.

Etisalat BIS was unlimited as far as i know but it could have been capped like the other networks after the release of the Z10 and YES, it will work on Z10

that post on Etisalat BIS from me must have been from March 2013 just after BB10 devices started hitting the networks and they didnt know how good those devices were...after they realized that BB devices are now capable of pulling as much data as other platforms, MTN and Etisalat have deliberately blocked their BIS on BB10 devices

remember that BB devices running BBOS barely scratch the data allocated to them via BIS but BB10 devices will run the networks into data red if given unlimited data allocation

Let me tell u d truth and nothing but the truth... the phone am using right now, I got it from der(z30) and it hasn't given any issue. I got it at d rate of 55k(brand new BlackBerry z30 with d carton. It's been going to like 3 months now and it never for once misbehave ... I even wanna get another z30 from dem by next week, my friend is in need of u. try dem, dey r reliable
