I fink d files r 4 me 2 put my screened docs nd return 2 d fac nd dept, tho i wasnt told dat.. Final enrollment is like clearance i guess, so m thinkn it has nffn 2 do with d docs.. U're right.. You don't need the online form, just go there early with your biodata n online printout of receipt, you'll write ur name down n you'll be given forms to fill. Fill it, go for weight n height measurement, go for lab test n then book an appointment in d xray office. That's all. But take note of this, for lab test, make sure u get there b4 8am cos of d queue, they only attend to the first 40 plp. Have done mine except lab test cos I keep getting there late. Hope I helped

it starts nxt wk monday, Oct. 20-31st. I guess details abt d enrollment will be on d skul's website very soon. Cos dere shud be a timetable nd also venue.

Go to the school main library with N200, ur biodata form and a passport. U'd be asked 2 fill d card nd affix ur passport at d top right hand side. Den u visit d bursary unit nd ur faculty 4 stamping. U den make photocopy nd return d original card 2 d library.
