WoodcrestMayor:Haha. It went well. Got back to Nigeria and landed a job - 2 jobs specifically. Not so high paying, though, but okay by Naija standards. Think 300/month gross |

WoodcrestMayor:hahaha. Really, not bad? Perhaps I've grown greedy over the years. 500k is good money in Naija. The thing is, the person whose story was pasted on the other side, the one you referring to, got such a job - got around 410k, 500k, 512k, all after the person had decided to accept the doctoral offer. Imagine. haha |

No. I have plans to take a foreign degree in future and the idea of staying permanently scares me. I prefer working in naija and travelling to visit/holiday. My plan is to get lil work experience here, apply for Msc there, work some years there and return an expat ![]() I knw of sum1 who schooled there and worked for some time.He was hired by a bank in Nigeria in the investment department chopping millions as salary. In the end,it boils down to the strategic fit of the degree...how in demand it is.A lot of pple just travel to get a degree-even if itz in pure water manufacturing meiloya: |

Greedy?!...u can say dat again ![]() Man by nature is greedy ![]() I envy the guy o!Thatz close to wat oil coys start most of their staff on. Maybe he is more concerned wit imparting knowledge.Maybe he wants to lecture,do research and consult. He might get a lady to marry there but the likelihood of her wanting to relocate to naija is low. I believe he has had his fair share of girls/ladies so he shld av penned down one or two who tickle his fancy. If they are btw 20 and 21 then chances of them waiting for him to complete the program wuld be higher.Cos anytin can happen and these girls can still av time to look else where if he fails to deliver on his promise meiloya: |

Seven digits per month (gross) Had his first degree there so he was there for quite some time...returned to naija in his late 30's He is in his early 40's now. meiloya: |
