In 2011, Buhari had a massive support on the internet. This did not translate to an electoral victory.

Thus my question: how do we translate this e-support to victory at the polls?

Question obviously for Buhari's supporters alone.

At the last election Buhari recorded victory on internet, you know the outcome of the real election. Before Ekiti election, Fayemi won on social media also but during the main game he was defeated by Ayo Fayose in all the 16 local government area of the state.

Lets go out and vote and stay around to guard our votes by using the social media to report events as they happen.

The fact remain that eSupport alone won't return any aspirant to office. The reasons are obvious:
1. Some eSupporters are diasporans and ineligible to vote

2. Some eSupporters are too busy to mobilise and vote

3. Some eSupporters are underaged according to the voting age.

However, as a proGMB fan, eSupport is very vital to influence public opinion but real support is most vital to return one to office. Hence, the GMB Campaigners needs do to other offline programmes to get to people in the rural areas and hinterlands who basically are not privileged to be browsing online and doing research. Team GMB need serious and massive campaigners. We need something like a political revolution.
