He is not a scammer , I know what he is talking about. Its very simple. Get a us bank account and prepaid debit card from payoneer, use it to open and verify your paypal. Always login with vpn and don't load much $$. Stand the risky of getting your account with funds frozen any day they ask you to provide ssn, dl scan, mmn, and utility bill
