Don't worry, it has been refunded and will reflect in your bank account in a few days.

As for the seller cancelling, it happens and there's nothing you can do about that. The seller has that prerogative. The most you can do is to leave a negative feedback. But it's really not necessary so just move on and look for another item.

Maybe seller saw paypal payment details as "verified Non -U.S" A few ebay sellers will cancel once they see this.
