A friend is currently having problem in deciding which university to attend the options are between UNN,UI and OAU.

Those for me are the best in terms of character and learning. Their graduates are academically excellent, so which would you advice him to attend and why?

NOTE: we are not talking of beautiful structures here

all Nigerian unis are same basic level in terms of infrastructure.The skuls OP mentioned however have richer pedigree than others
