hahahahaha, mizzbeee! hmm well it may be a factory defect, but honestly all the negative reviews about the phone i have experience none except battery and temperature, highest is 42 degrees. and that is when i am charging and using it at same time

the phone no be raw egg anything, it depends on the way you handle it, i have been using my own for 3 weeks now without pouch or screen guard and no issues with it, plus i have swap sims several times
