I can create app, but i know guys who can do more than I do.

My mates at school, they create J2me, Android, BB and other similar mobile platform like windows mobile apps too.

Last I checked SPC 4 has its own mobile Apps that can be configured to reflect as yours. You just need to pay a little more. Have you asked their support team?
