It is high time we give another party a chance to see what they can do, we can't just assume that both APC and PDP are the same when we have not tried the former at the federal level. I did not want to comment until I saw the only enlightened comment by you. PDP supporters on this forum need to be reminded that the powers that be within the party then were more interested in that woman from Oyo state(Mulikat Adeola) in becoming the speaker and not Tambuwa. Tambuwa was supported by majorly APC members in the house who felt slapped by the attempt to impose that woman on the house by the PDP. Now he has aligned with the people who share the same dreams with him and PDP and their supporters are now crying foul.
They should tell Mimiko and his legislators in Ondo State to also resign since they have left the party that brought them all to their offices.

The constitution provides that the National Assembly should appoint its officers including the Speaker.

Has the NA changed the speaker? NO

So, why withdrawing the security details of the Speaker? and acting as if the the Speaker of the NA has been changed.

The house should have impeached the Speaker before now as PDP did not support its appointment in the first place. In fact he is occupying the position that a rep from the south west should occupy (where I come from).

The FGN should have allowed maturity in removing the Speaker instead of displaying this type of weakness in its administration (Rushing to do things or not acting at all)

Sine the PDP has majority membership in the house, the simple process is just to call all PDP members to a meeting and they agree to impeach him immediately the house reconvene or they can even reconvene the house citing emergency or something (the rules of the house allow it). I don't think the PDP members will not agree to impeach the speaker if told to do so.

Let everybody play these politics with decorum.

Where did you get this from ? House member should elect officials among themselves; Mrs Mulikat Adeola and Aminu Tambuwal was and still a member. The house went against imposition and elect Aminu Tambuwal .

It was because of the numerical strength of the PDP legislators that made them elect Tambuwal, and now that he has defected to another party and no impeachable offenses against him,he still remain the speaker of the house.

The only condition where he can be removed is for PDP legislators to search Tambuwal cupboard for any skeleton if found, then impeachment notice is serve if nothing, Tambuwal ride on joooor.
