my question is why are African Leader greedy and selfish when it come to power.

Few days ago, Precisely OCT 21st, Total CEO die in a plane accident within moscow airport in Russia, the next day, the CEO of the airport and his deputy tender their resignation,

CAN THIS HAPPEN IN MY DEAR COUNTRY.
