Yes bro , they are very right, the least resellers can buy MTN is the 10 GIG package , and as a reseller u are being given 10slots for this 10GIG , what this means is that if u sell below 1 GIG you've automatically lost out .

put it this way.

500MB IN 10 PLACES (10SALOTS) = 5000 NAIRA AND 5 GIG

(U'll be having a leftover of 5wasted GIG)assuming you continue selling 500MB .

In the end u'll find out that u'll make a loss of 5k.

..... me on my own part I've already made a loss of 20k which of course was deliberate 'cos I was hell bent on looking for customers .
