the kingdom of heaven is at hand. one has to get himself right with God. JESUS is the only Way to Him and hope for eternal life. One must acknowledge that he/she is a sinner and that their sins have been paid for , acknowledge the fact that Jesus is the ONLY hope for salvation and to get right with God, believe on Him alone and obtain salvation. Read the entire Chapter of John Chapter 3 in the Bible and everything will be clear.( King James version). If you have not been living right, it is not too late to get right with God.

Perhaps your own end is at hand. The world will carry on without you. You see, our sins cannot have been paid for if we still have to pay for them. Besides, God does not need heaven for anything; he can achieve what he wants with man here on earth. God has ultimate control over sin and he does not have to wait to get rid of it. Whoever thinks that God will change our world obviously hasn't thought the matter through. This world will last forever or until the universe kills us, whichever comes first.
