You're required to have 4 sets of your documents.

Make 1 color printout of your screening form, make one color printout of your Jamb admission letter (the one with 'institution use only'), jamb utme result, unilag post utme result and reference letter. Then the other documents they asked you to bring you'll make one photocopy of each of them. Now this is for the first set of documents.

Make 3 photocopies of your screening form, and 3 phocopies each of the other documents. Now, you'll separate the photocopies and arrange them as stated below. That's for the remaining 3 sets.

Follow this order :
1. Screening form
2. Jamb result
3. Post utme result
4. Waec certificate or online printout of your result together with your 5. school statement of result signed by your principal (that's if you don't have waec certificate)
6. Secondary school testimonial
7. Birth certificate or affidavit
8. Certificate of state of origin
9. Reference letter
10. Jamb admission letter

So altogether for one set, you're having either 9 or 10 documents depending on whether you have waec certificate or waec result and school statement of result.

Note : The 1st set must have original screening form, original jamb admission letter, original post utme result, original jamb result, original reference letter along with phocopies of the remaining six documents.

The 2nd, 3rd and 4th sets should be photocopies throughout.
Then you'll take along with you at least 10 passport photographs. You'll staple one passport on each of the 4 sets of documents. Then one on the file which will be given to you after the screening officers might have checked your documents.

When you get to the screening venue, you'll understand better. Just prepare with the above instruction and when you get there, you'll have no problems at all just as you'll see a lot of people who weren't briefed confused, running here and there, jostling for cafés where they can make printouts. And just in case, go with a stapler.
