Federal High Court sitting in Abuja today ruled that statue quo should remain in the House of Representatives. This mean that Aminu Tambuwal remains the Speaker of the House. The Court also ruled that Speaker cannot be removed neither can the house reconvene until the adjourned date of December . The hearing on the substantive case resumes on Friday. |
