Was eating watermelon today and carefully picking out the seeds.. A friend saw me and asked why I was doing that.. Told him I don't like eating the seeds. He then said I was missing something, told me that the seeds were nutritious and healthy and they are the real stuff in watermelon.. I was flabbergasted oo.. So I ask, do you eat ya watermelon seeds? Or M I d only person who doesn't like the seed? |

of course i do. Watermelon seed is one of the few sources of zinc which help to build healthy sperm cell |
