Yeah. Happens to me too. I lose appetite. Feel like throwing up if I eat. I feel bloated and I poop a lot.  I really hate the pooping part but I don't mind losing my appetite for a few days. |

onila:Lol  Not on a diet but what's the use of eating food when I end up queasy and uneasy. I stay in Naija so my red days+public transport+adulterated fuel+my queasy stomach means hell. I always wonder if I will throw up on the next person That's why I prefer not to have any appetite at all than to eat and throw up. |
