April4th:Logically you are pathetic. Jonathan didn't learn from his Oga when he was VP? He was drinking kaikai and eating fresh fish when Musa Yar Adua was dealing with Yusufiyya Led Boko-Haram? How does being a brother to a soldier makes one a soldier sef? Bros I recommend you to study this passage of the Bible, Proverbs 4:7 The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding. |

retepmurt:i ve been waiting for a goodfellow to help you,to no avail. So man has got to do what man has got to do. "It is the hand of esau but the voice of jacob". Anyway, the nation is not at war, its a shame that the present administration wants to capitalize on its failure to elongate elections in the country. I must rule syndrome in the African man, later they will defend themselves that man is a political animal. There are stages that armed conflict will get to before it is termed a war,and ours hasnt got to that stage. |

barcanista:When Gen Abacha was in power he came to Niger delta to commission NLNG and he said. You restless people of Niger delta, I don't mind if you kill yourselves but as long as oil is flowing in the pipeline. When the Niger del tans were fighting for justice and many people were killed what did the federal government do. Was it not when yaradua realised that there won't be money to run his government he decided to distribute money to the militants and called for amnesty? Now that we Niger deltans are in power. You people of the north if you like you can kill all yourselves as long as Jonathan government is continuous and the Niger delta that have the oil that is running Nigeria economy is in power Nigeria can remain as one. GEJ till 2023. |

abes:I think you missed an important point of section 135 subsection 3, i.e. if the Federation is at war in which the territory of Nigeria is physically involved and the President considers that it is not practicable to hold elections........ So INEC does not have to postpone anything. As long as the President considers that it is not practical to hold election and the National Assembly passes the said resolution, GEJ's term can be extended for 6 months. Though I don't think GEJ has the votes to pull this through, I don't trust the greedy bastards in NASS who are capable of doing anything for money. If GEJ goes this route, it would be a declaration of war against Nigerians. |
