the one from jamb is supposed to have your passport on it, while that one printed from ui portal doesn't have any on it.. seems there's a problem somewhere then

the only docs i had in colored prints were my jamb admission letters, reference letters and jamb result slip, every other docs were black and white .

Apart from pastor or clergyman where cn i get refrence letter from

you can gt from a government worker na, or from any reputable organization, or if you know any lecturer in the school, have him write it for you...as long as it's on a letterhead paper, you're good to go
