What on earth are dynamites doing at a cement factory!?
Is that where they're supposed to be stored?

I think its high time the Chief of Defence Staff and the National Security Adviser resign.

The company should nt be blamed for habouring dynamite coz dis explosives re used in quary works. Used in breaking d rocks dat bears limestones wic re used in producing cement.
