You will provide support to Managing Director within the organisation which will enable the company drive the business forward. This is a vibrant busy Out-Door Media Advertising business so someone that is used to this industry would have a great advantage.

Core Responsibilities

·Diary Management

·Producing documents, report and presentations

·Typing and distributing minutes

·Creating and maintaining the filling system

·Preparation, coordination and maintenance of project documentation

·Database management

·Dealing with general IT issues

·Preparation of pack for project meetings

·Assisting with preparation of project valuations
