This is a follow up to the collection of the permanent voters card (PVC). INEC said they will start with 7 local government areas. They are: Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni, Ogu/Bolo, Okrika, Omuma, Opobo/Nkoro, Oyibo and Tai. if you reside or about to or collected yours....please let us know (situation report) |
