Nairaland's Alexa ranking from Nigeria is 8 and that of SunNewsOnline is 66 but I will rather advertise with SunNews. Most of the traffic you will get from Nairaland is usually useless if you are selling some kind of learning or information product. akraym:well I guess most people that visit sunnews are serious minded people .nairaland has turned into some sort of a fun place and discussion joint. So even if some people see some adverts here they may likely not take it serious. I may be wrong anyway. |

Many people here on nairaland pay more attention to advert threads or business threads than advert banners . Because in a business thread they can interact with the advertiser . onatisi: Nairaland is now filled with kids, and adults that behave like kids. Sad truth. And this is not good for advertising at all. So it really doesn't matter how much traffic Nairaland gets, or how much it ranks, websitres that rank lower will get more patronage for advertisement because of the type of people that visit the site. |
