Each time Aganga opens his mouth, lies start coming out as water rushes out of a tap. It is a case of empty barrel making a loud noise. 95% of recently released company accounts show a loss yet this people keep talking rubbish.

What do you have as evidence against his claims, you just sit in your bedroom in PH and talk about what you know nothing of. Why should I believe you against a man who has the facts?

Cement is still selling at N1,600 in Imo State due to middle men activity. Cement manufacturers who want to help us should sell directly to those with approved plans. They can do this directly from their trailers packed in fields or road side.

Aganga stated this at the 4th Annual Seminar for Industry, Trade and Investment Correspondents and Editors in Abuja.

According to him in 2011, the installed capacity in the cement sector is 16.5 million metric tons per annum.

“Today it is 39.5 million metric tons
. When we came in, there were about $9 billion investment in the cement sector, but today it is more than $15 billion.

“In 2011, the direct and indirect jobs from the cement sector was less than 600,000 today the sector provides about 2.2 million direct and indirect jobs,’’ he said.

He said the federal government spent at least $5.2 million in the importation of cement, but since 2013 the present administration has not issued any import license.

“Our main focus for the cement sector, going forward, is to improve the standard of cement and to bring the price down. Cement manufacturers must do it because we do not do price regulation.
The highlighted are key verifiable facts showing real impact on the lives of ordinary Nigerians beyond the increased investments.

Perhaps this is what Thief'nubu saw in 2011 that made him sell out south west plus Edo votes to Jonathan rather than support his own Association of Conmen in Nigeria, ACN candidate, RibaduN huh

Nigeria never had it so good as far as availability and affordability of cement is concerned till now. The housing sector is set to experience revolution thanks to investment in cement.
Indeed GEJ is laying the foundation for a competitive investment in the housing market.

Frankly speaking, GEJ and his team deserve another 4 years to consolidate on their reforms. We should not play politics with everything. I do not subscribe to any political party. I'm only interested in the individuals running, or who will run the affairs of the govt.

Right now, i think that Jonathan has the right team that can move Nigeria forward. We should give them another 4 years at least.
One of the best comments here. Unfortunately, the Agberos (APC) are already blinded by anger and jealousy. They hate good news.

It depends what you define as lies. To us, the statistics and records provided by Aganga are datas that can be examined, compared with previous records and verified as facts. To you, the statistics and records provided by the same individual are lies because you lack the guts and capacity to comprehend statistical data analysis.

I didn't get notified about this mention, I was not referring to the authenticity of what you posted rather your own intellect, you couldn't even spot the mistake. Now you quoted me and confirmed what I said at first, you can't even spell or make a correct sentence on your own and why are you writing in all caps? I hear with my ears not my eyes.

Mr. President does not need low quality material like you pushing propaganda for him, you will bring disrepute to his name instead of honour. Just back out and stick to your station-joining a crowd somewhere to fill the stadium whenever he visits your state.
