Techie Guys.I need somebody to help with a downgrade from andriod Kitkat 4.4 to 4.3 on my galaxy note2.The phone is ok except that I cant check my credit balance.Each time I try this I get a message in chinese language.Can I get help here>

Is it only ur acct balance that show chinese or any other ussd code u dial, if yes i think its ur dialer app, jst download a new dialer app, install it and set it as default.

@collinz thanks for your response.i tried new dialer apps it didnt work.I cnt check my call bal and data balance..all in chineae.everyother thing works perfectly.

dats a bug u can Neva downgrade if u are not rooted head to XDA for help!

If you're on the official OS just download the 4.3 ROM and flash via odin....

Although I don't see why in this day and age someone would wanna be running 4.3... Why not root and flash a reasonable custom ROM on your device

If you dunno what you're doing just take it to someone to help you do it... Although the process is pretty straightforward.... Google is your friend

U need to root ur phone.

root ur device, install cwm, look for another Rom and flash. As some1 said earlier head to XDA you'll get all the answers you need. cheers
