Comrade is right but its as if your friend is confusing guarantors form with Refrence/Attestation letter. The Guarantors form is just one which will be filled by your Parents/Guardian while the Refrence letter is to be written by 3 organisations one of which is a religious institution as they rightly told u. All those stuff is during physical clearance sha

Ok that means the reference letter isn't an online form,we have to bring it from home... Buh is there any need for it to be typed or just written normally I mean with a pen
