There is something I don't like here.
1. Why should the Attorney General not oppose the bail application?

2. Is murder now a bailable offence?

3. The Justice system of Lagos State should not pamper any sacred cow. This is disturbing and unacceptable.

Justice must be served!!!

Gun possesion doesn't mean they are guilty of murder unless its proven in court. I think the governorship aspirant was just taken out of the equation for 2015,not that he stood a chance anyway but Kasali is very popular amongst the Ibeju-lekki, Epe axis.

Was the body inside the apartment? The court should decide but the moment the prosecution was taken away from the police you knew it had political undertones.

Common you and I know murder is bailable for rich folks and politicans. We have a couple of them as governors and senators .

You're right the gun wasn't registered. The police already made a mess of the case, prosecuting without tendering any evidence whilst handing over to the AGN's office, what kind of prosecution meekly agrees to bail for a murder offence huh

All this wuruwuru investigation. The only crime here is unlawful possession of fierarms. It wasn't said anywhere that the gun found on one of the accused was the weapon used to committ the murder. People should try to use common sense in combination with the dictate of the law.

I am interested to know who reported the case to the police, why the police did not do ballistic test, or why they did a shoddy work. Nigeria police is a disgrace to policing just like Nigeria is a big disgrace. Everything scatter scatter. Government houses in Nigeria is full of thugs and clueless people.
