Let me say Thin When I was 14, I was kinda fat but apporaching teenage/adulthood I became so slim that my friends get annoyed about it. Any Time table for my diet or any help. I need to get normal before the end of this year.

Here is what you need to do.

1.Take your weight(in kilograms).

2.Take your height (in meters).

3.Now calculate your BMI(Basal Metabolic Index) using the formula of your Weight/height squared. So if you weigh 70kg and you are 1.70m tall....your BMI would be 70/1.7X1.7= 24

If your BMI is between 18-24....your weight is fine.....and you may need to change your friends.
