This is a National match for God's sake, to add more salt to injury they are showing Mozambique & Cameroon's matches live to non-premium subscribers. The ghana health insurance scheme has seen more of foreigners registering than locals btw .if any foreigner has residence permit and has stayed in nigeria up to 18 years he is allowed to register

U can't hear of any case in Nigeria because no one cares if u are a Nigerian or not... but Ghana.. They only country in west Africa where u need work permit and residential permit as an Ecowas Citizen before u can open a bank account.... was it the same case in Nigeria...to said it all..Ghanaian will said they are hospitable to foreigner.....
