Harmthe:Read you bible for answer as I can't really give one. But maybe God spoke to him [Exodus 3:5] or he was confirming the transaction of vieing for a political post [Ruth 4:7] or He wanted us to see how good his feet looked as he preached to us Nigerians Good news [ Romans 10:15] , maybe those are the reason why he wasn't wearing shoes before. Why he does now, maybe to fufill what's written in Ezekiel 24:7 . And in correlation with the fore-written, that'll be after his securement of his political appointment.
