Declare total state of emergency. Like what obasanjo did in Ekiti. Let the governor and the members of house of assembly go and sit down on the house and channel the state monthly allocation to the appointed administrator. This will surely work. The politician with the emirs will quickly checkmate their boys and work with the federal government to put end to the menace. Even, other States won't want FGN to declear state of emergency in their state and will quickly talk to their children.
