Our new company located in Lagos,Nigeria require the services of graduates to fill in various position in the organization, We seek application from holders currently has a requirement for Project managers,Logistics officers,Operator Assistants to join her team on a permanent
basis.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller the successful candidate will be responsible for verification of incoming invoices.

Key responsibilities for this role also include:

Obtaining approval of invoices from appropriate personnel internally
Distribute incoming invoices for coding/approval
Tracking returned invoices and posting approved invoices in a timely manner
Assist in dealing with various queries from suppliers
General administration and filing as required.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be flexible and pro-active in dealing with ad hoc queries from vendors and the business in a professional manner.
The candidate should have a high degree of enthusiasm, willingness to take ownership of their work, excellent communication, teamwork and
time management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independent
Minimum of OND in Science, Social Sciences or Management related discipline
Knowledge of human resource
principles, techniques and procedures as well as strategies to assess and resolve human resource issues
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals
Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership to professional personnel in area of expertise
Committing to a course of action without undue delay or prevarication.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, computer applications and Internet/Emails.
