MTN are really thieves, so exploitative in nature.
I was given the text too and when i activated the code, i regretted for doing that.
I recharge my phone before i could talk for one minute, i received a warning voice message that one minute remaining infact u need to see how mad i was.

I called called customer care line to this effect only to be told to exercise some patient that it will be rectified. Up till now as i speak it has not be rectified and instead of calling with my mtn line i am now calling with my airtel.

If not that my mtn is my popular line i would have change from using mtn to airtel that i see now to be more friendly interms of calls even to other networks and data.

Please for those who have not activated the code i advise never to try it.
