What looter do you know of that has turned down IMF and World Bank loans? and at the same time refused to devalue the currency?

If you cannot name any looter who has ever taken such a stance then you have to conclude Abacha was no looter.

Yes u are right. Abacha was no looter. How could we have accussed him of looting. Yet more than 4 billion dollars was stacked away in foreign accounts in his name and run by his son. Pls tell Nigerians he was keeping the money safe 4 nigerians and away from our corrupt politicians. Look youngman let me tell u a story about history. History has a way of judging people, crucifying people, saving people and proving people's innocence. In the case of Abacha, he has been judged, crucified and condemned. western media can and have on many cases but when a full grown man argue blindly like u do when there are so much evidence online with links and proofs about abacha's misdeeds. The the devil must have influence over u 4 ur sympathies to a tyrant who almost destroyed Nigeria.
