Maybe Nigeria PayPal is different from mine( Canada). But I doubt he will get suspended for non-payment for just one purchase. He will get a "strike" on his record. I have had couple of items I didn't pay for and I have never been suspended. I think they have a limit( 3?) within a timeframe and factor in how much stuff you buy and actually pay for. The downside for me however was that I couldn't buy from some strict sellers because they set their listing for buyers with strikes for non-payment in the past 6 months to be unable to bid. Bottomline, only bid what you are willing to pay for. Don't get carried away bidding high and end up having buyers remorse. I think after like 6 months or 1 yr, they remove the strike cos I don't have any on my account anymore. Again, this is my own experience. Ebayer 7+ yrs

ebay dont usually suspend like that, especially if they know you are spending a lot of money in purchases.. i have series of cases in the past time past, the only limitation i usually encounter is that i wont be able to purchase some items from seller that set non payer limitation.
