Soft Sponge all d way!...bt i think it depends on d skin type,if ur skin is veri sensitive abeg try and use somethin soft..we also av diff kind of sponge,u would see some sponge as hard as ..............,u know wat am talking abt nau.

Think depends on one's skin....if it's V soft use soap nd foam,if it's hard nd u did sweat a lot Pls use even iron sponge

2 b sincere...since ma dayz in boarding sch v nva taken ma bath wiv sponge...I yhuse only soap...dnt knw y ah made d chnge 2 soap...bt ah noticed ma skin aint hard as it yhused 2 b

Op, you shouldn't compare how people in cooler regions bathe with people in hotter regions.

They can afford to stay for days without bathing because they don't deal with a humidity.

u cant compare our environment to those u find in dem oyibo movies. they av got well paved streets little or no rubbish littering d streets. but in d typical African neighborhood d reverse is d case, u av rubbish all around, untidy and unhealthy looking roads with remnants of defecation strolling d street gutters and in some cases roads as, when u enter public buses u sit and have body contact with people that av got all sorts of body hygiene all of this blessed by the scorching heat of d sun. I believe where u reside determines whether or not u use sponge in bathing. if ur resident in areas with similar attributes like ajamgbadi, aguda, ikotun, ejigbo, abagba, emene, aba, onitsha sango etc then u need iron sponge when bathing.

It depends on the location and atmosphere.

My fiancee is from the UK and she does not bath with sponge just soap.

Here in Nigeria, we need to make use of sponge. So it depends on where you are or where you are from

bathing with sponge is good and also bad... some organism feed on d bacteria on our skin.... so if such organisms come and fine no bacteria which was washed by the sponge.. it will feed on our skin directly...... so what is there is that .. we are adviced to bath with sponge in the morning and without sponge through the rest of the day
