A lot of the very wealthy guys in the world have a moral rating of zero. They mainly use their scholarship scheme as image booster but it is better than doing nothing. I am certain sir Emeka is no saint but giving out scholarship is not bad.

If someone doesn't apply for this scholarship, can d person stil win?? Just asking o!

They are all guilty as charged. DO you think if Nigeria was able to produce at least 50% of her OPEC stipulated output per year, Education funding would not be positively affected. All these billions of USD$$$$ being wasted yearly are based on an annual output less than 10% of Nigeria's capacity. Imagine what would have happened if we were able to do more.. ask Sir Emeka Offor TAM Contractor, so he throws around a few million dollars here and there for Education.. what about the billions we have lost and will never recover due to his activities as a government contractor.. meanwhile INTERSTATE is one of the DISCOS abi?
