I've used several shipping coys in the past- anthas, nonikings, CVM...but I regret patronising fafalux.

I was actually skeptical abt using them in the first place but I had no choice since they were the only one that could handle the payment and shipping of the items I wanted to get from a supplier.

I paid the sum of #37570 into fafalux fidelitybank acct on d 23rd of September, today is 8th of November and I'm yet to get my items.

The most painful thing is they don't bother to update.me about the development of things. I've been trying their numbers now and they're all switched off.

What kind of established coy does this? It's so disheartening.

Has anyone experienced this with them?

I was supplies to use them for commodities.net but since I Dont really like shipping coy I asked the supplier if he can send thru other medium but said no then I sensed irregularities cos I tink u should be able to ship with any agent but the seller was adamant so I refused to buy from them... bro let's hope they respond soon.

think you should go to their office...

that is how they are o. they will never update you on time or puck up their calls. you better keep calling them or go to their office.

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing their incompetency

I'm far away in ogbomoso, i guess I'll have to go to their office one of these days.

Fafalux will really spoil d commidities biz if they don't find another shipping coy.

This is not funny mine was 4th of sept that I paid USD$194 in their ikeja office to that their igbotic accent lady-Glory. Uptill now I'm yet to collect my goods

I had to refund my customer's money when I ran out of excuses to give. Just imagine how they're affecting others biz. I regret having anything to do with them

just make out a day to visit their office and see what they have to say since.your money is involved so make out time to visit

Finally got my goods today after 2 months. To monitor or to know the latest about your goods, always call the manager(Mr Wale) on this number: 0806 242 8967, he'll link you with the operations manager.

The only thing these guys need to work on is the duration their delivery takes. It's annoying waiting for months.

even if break down my goods, post office no fit delay me reach like this

tink they need to work on tat aspect cos it affects other ppl's Biz...
