Can you refresh your browser try again? You are not banned so no reason why you shouldn't be able to create threads. Its probably a temporary issue with the server.

. it happens here too and its sooo annoying..
if there is limit for Posting they should tell us instead of showing us that stuff... mine is close to a week now. and when i tried with a friend's phone, it posted immediately without stress
