The Recent threat by the Apc Party to form a Parallel Government in the event that PDP rig the forthcoming 2015 election is a very serious issue that is capable of breaking up Nigeria and leading to chaos .

The implication of the above political arrangement is that Nigeria will have two presidents controlling different territory of the Country at the same time. Nigeria international relations will come to a standstill because our foreign partners will be at lost who to deal with.

The Apc party will more than likely retain 13 states in Nigeria ( 36% ) , PDP will retain 22 states( 61%), Apga will retain 1 state( 3%) and those states controlled by the Apc will be loyal to the 2nd president of Nigeria( probably Atiku or Buhari or whoever emerge the Apc Flagbearer),

The Apc controlled states will stop remitting any Internal Generated Revenue to the Central Government in Abuja and possibly shift it to LAGOS which may serves as Apc Parallel Government Headquarter.

In terms of Security i'm sure most of the Apc states are currently organising,training and arming Local Community Vigilantee groups. States Governors are empowered by the constitution to set up Rural Policing armed with Pump action AA bullet guns. So probably as we speak Apc Governors are capitalizing on this constitutional clause in recruiting , training and arming thousands of youths in their respective states as Local Vigilantees. This groups will be used to carryout cordinated protest in 2015.

During AU, EU or UN submit Nigeria will be represented by two presidents and it will be a very embarrassing experience.
Any attempt by the Central Government in Abuja to use the army or police to crack down on the opposition parallel Government will lead to cordinated and substained street protest as well as sharp division in the army and police .

Nigeria breakup as predictated in 2015 maybe triggered by political rivalry between the Apc and the PDP
