I heard and read on beegeagles one time dat china gave us a war ship and I think I read not quite long on dis thread dat d OPV we bought and d one dey gave us will soon be on there way !

We don't yet know the identity of the warship we have been gifted. One thing is for sure, it isn't the Second OPV. Until the vessels get to Nigeria, we may never know.
