Am not a loyalist to any party or am I disillusioned by the rate at which the country as deteriorated
. Now if I say I won't vote then I have no right whatsoever to complain about how the country is becoming.

Bertolt Brecht once said
"The worst illiterate is the political illiterate, he doesn’t hear, doesn’t speak, nor participates in the political events. He doesn’t know the cost of life, the price of the bean, of the fish, of the flour, of the rent, of the shoes and of the medicine, all depends on political decisions. The political illiterate is so stupid that he is proud and swells his chest saying that he hates politics. The slowpoke doesn’t know that, from his political ignorance is born the prostitute, the abandoned child, and the worst thieves of all, the bad politician, corrupted and flunky of the national and multinational companies"

Mahatma Gandhi said. "Wealth without work
Pleasure without conscience
Science without humanity
Knowledge without character
Politics without principle
Commerce without morality
Worship without sacrifice.

Malcolm X said. "You're not to be so blind with patriotism that you can't face reality. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it or says it.

Don't vote because you are getting paid to. Remember the future of the your generations to come

so please come 2015 go out there and make your votes count for the sake of the generations to come.

I heard one silly excuse on Radio by a female VJ. She said "the reason I don't want to vote is because inec is not making the registration and collection easy. Until Nigeria get to a stage where we can register n vote from home, i wont participate in elections"
Can u Imagine the High level of Ignorance?
