Yes, its possible to renew the domain with another registrar by transferring the domain to them.

Domain transfer from one registrar to another registrar often includes free renewal.

Transactions have kept failing. I wanted 2 domain names, but payment processing failed. One had N499, the other N999. I thought each of them should have been N499 because I went through http://www.domainking.ng/com-domain-offer/?

How do I remove a domain from your database, so I could re-register with the N499 coupon?

Please note that the N499 .COM offer is only valid for 1st domain in your account. All the subsequent domains will be charged at N999 (you can register as many domains you want at N999 during the term of this offer).

Regarding payments issue, we accept Voguepay, Cash Envoy on our website for local payments in Nigeria. I have been using the card for online transactions at Amazon, AliExpress, Google Play, and other international online resource[s]. I also use the card to pay for mobile recharge PINs at QuickTeller.

I guess something was wrong at the time I attempted payment. Anyway, I will keep trying.

All these sites you have mentioned are global merchants and they use international payment processors. We are also considering using an international payment gateway at our Nigerian website: DomainKing.NG. But right now we only have local gateways like Voguepay, Cash Envoy on our website which only accept MasterCards that are enabled for MasterCard Secure Code (PIN).

Please also check whether your IP changes during the session and when you are logged out, you can check your IP from mxtoolbox.com (they show the IP at the bottom of their page.) Make sure your IP remains static during the duration of your login session. If the IP keeps changing, it could be an issue with your internet connection/ISP.

Yes, You can create 2 free email accounts like: yourname@yourcompany.com with 100 MB space each with every domain to send and receive emails.

Also you can setup email forwarding if you want.

We are currently not accepting Paypal on DomainKing.NG. But you can also place order on our global website http://www.domainking.biz/ if you want to use Paypal to pay us.

We are currently accepting Voguepay & Cash Envoy to collect payments from Nigeria. It makes easier for local clients in Nigeria to pay using local Debit Cards, Banks using these gateways.

We have been considering adding international gateways like Paypal on DomainKing.NG but due to their high transaction fees it would make services expensive for our clients. We are already taking loss of $6-$7 on each domain at our end during our .com and other domain promos, adding international gateway would add fees of $1 to $2 per transaction. So we have left out this option for time being.

There is an easier option to make payments, you can create a personal account with Voguepay or CashEnvoy and then you can fund your Voguepay or Cash Envoy Wallet/account using Bank Deposit or Bank transfer option. I Just paid For two Domains now,the first is with promo N499 and the other is N999 making it a total of N1498 and i paid with my mastercard but they're still putting the status as unpaid,while the money has been deducted from my account.

I wanted to change the name servers of my domain to name servers of the hosting services I bought with Namecheap.
When I tried entering the name servers (dns1.namecheaphosting.com) I keep getting errors that it must start with ns1 and not dns1.
Please help me out. The domain is heartlinkz.com

I still have the issue. I updated my Firefox, yet the problem has persisted.

I visited http://mxtoolbox.com/WhatIsMyIP/
It showed 105.112.8.86; upon refresh showed 105.112.8.83.

Google showed my IP as:
196.46.246.50 and then 196.46.246.48.

Same problem on Chrome, although I am not sure if it'' s up-to-date.

But I log into other sites freely....

NOW I FEEL FRUSTRATED!

Hence, your domain was not registered automatically, it caused an error on your end.

We have activated your order manually.

You can now manage your domain, edit nameservers, create free emails id, email forwards from Email Management Feature, Add/edit DNS records using DNS Management tool inside Clientarea:

Regarding domain expiry date, it is automatically updated in our system once the domain is registered. Since your domain was unregistered when you checked, you were seeing the old date.
