Moderators please help me move this post to the right place if this section is not the right place for such post, thanks. Just this evening at about 7:30pm I went to the Bank, I was surprise to see 3 Bank staffs outside the Bank 2 of them were smoking cigarette just in front of the Bank close to the entrance. It’s not new that both male and female smoke publicly here because the weather is so cold. But for Bank staffs to be smoking in front of the Bank where they work really surprised me.

In my Mind I was like if any Bank staffs in Nigeria try such, the next day they will meet a sack latter on their Desk. Although white people don’t see it as anything but do you guys think it’s right to be smoking in front of the Bank where they work?
