Pls is it advisible to take drugs with tea cos i have this big phobia for drugs wether big or small.Even paracetamol is a problem ,just the smell of any drug irritates me.
Doctors in the house enlighten me pls.
Is there any side effects?

its not proper my dear to take drug with tea. ordinary water is better. tea can reduce the effect of drug metabolism. likewise using soft drinks like coke 7up to take drugs (medicine) those things are not good.

It's not advisable, drugs should be taken with water ( room temperature).

Op there are some meds you're allowed to take with juice or milk. By tea do you mean like lipton or milo? Lipton tea contains caffeine, I'm still waiting on the name of the drug in question if you don't mind. If privacy is your concern then you can also try Google to see if caffeine can be taken with the drug.

If I don't get an update from you regarding the drug name, best of luck

That's okay then, you can use milo but not lipton. You should be alright by now, it's been a while you posted

To a large extent using tea to take ur drugs depend on the kind of drug you are taking.If you are treating malaria and you are placed on an ACT(artemisinin combination therapy)Taking tea which contains antioxidants and free radicals tend to reduce the potency of the ACT as the ACT works by the release of endoperoxide moeity hence producing an antagonistic effect.if you are in the right place u should be adviced properly to take ur ACT's with fatty foods to make it work properly.for antibiotics you could take it with whatever u wish,tea,soft drinks and even Pap.
