Its design is to unscrew the fuel pump locking ring from the fuel tank. Mostly used in peugeot vehicles and cars with a screw lid.

Got the picture from a good friend here on NL, it was locally made to unlock the rings holding the fuel pump assy. Brilliant i must say. Thanks to everybody that participated.
