Search for King Root Or Iroot from Google
Download and Install
Make sure you've got strong data connection
Open the app.
Tap on root
Viola!! Your device will be rooted
Download Root checker from playstore to confirm

Next launcher is too "cartoonish" for my liking.. . Tw n Nova launcher looks n feels premium, classy n clean.... No too much design, just perfect.. . Another launcher I'll recommend is "Google now".. . wink

2go....they have really improved their app.... One can now send voice notes...., and any file or document.... Impressive.... I hardly use the app but I like the way it looks

honestly I don't know of any custom ROM for M3. a custom 4.4 kk is port must have been made by some developer before I can help you upgrade.
