thanks for the guide so far. Having extracted d file with zip7, and i ran d extracted file as administrator, nothing came up. Pls what is d next step. Do i connect my fone wit d usb!? Or i still need to install d bb link? I believe i'm almost there with u guys assistance. Thanks

My Q5 always get hot at night. I just updated to the recent software release on my phone. I connected my phone via a wifi and updated the software. It gets hot occasionally and drains battery whenever it's hot. I always close app after use and my brightness is at d lowest. What else should I do?

off ur data for it to cool down wen not in use, I hv patiently Attempted something on my z30 wen b3 ws draining unnecessarily, I charged it to 100 percent n off just d data alone, n d fone stayed till night still at 100% now it goes down normal most time in d bid to get data it does unnecessarily stunts so always off data if u abt sleeping

If you bought it recently.. That's normal. It'd be still settle for good soon.
Try reducing d brightness , update yor OS & close apps wen yu're done to reduce background processes.

3gb for 1k is too good to pass up and the number of BB10 users using glo has been increasing

2. Apps some apps r data consumers n need network such apps will keep sourcing for data thereby making ur radio do unnecessarily work of sourcing for higher signal, do well to off such apps or better still uninstall dem if u don't use dem too often or d r of no much importance

3. Ram Check ur ram usage n c some apps dat dance.alot of shoki d also contribute, off dem or uninstall dem

4. Apps on background running so many apps on background can cause excessive heat, BlackBerry has complemented dt by giving u d BlackBerry Hub so u won't open so many apps, try as much as u can to run few apps on ur background, dis does nt only save u frm heat it saves u frm ram usage

do a calibration of the battery and allow it cool of properly b4 u resume it usage

U need to connect your phone to your pc then run the autoloader
