Desmond Elliot Wins APC’s Lagos Assembly Ticket, While KSB Loses by Godwinsilas(op): 4:52pm On Dec 02, 2014

Popular Nollywood actor, Desmond Elliot has emerged as the candidate to represent All Progressive Congress (APC), Surulere constituency in the incoming Lagos State House of Assembly (LAHA), election in 2015, after winning the ticket at APC primaries held in Lagos on Tuesday.

Desmond defeated his counterpart, Mr. Kabiru Lawal to it this afternoon.

Meanwhile, another celebrity Kenny Saint Brown (KSB) who also contested in the primaries to represent Ikeja constituency at LAHA , lost her political bid to to Mr. Folajimi Mohammed, son of National Publicity Secretary of APC,
Alhaji Lai Mohammed.

Congrats to him. KSB really had no chance against Lai Mohammed's son. she shoulda tried another constituency. And I was hoping that she would use this politics to reinvent herself after her doomed singing career. Wonder what she will do now huh
